I just bought her recent album Archandroid and it’s awesome. One of those albums that remind you that there are still unique artists out there.
This song was created to benefit Gulf Aid, a non-profit organization to help with that recent oil spill in the gulf.
Side note: Mos Def never ceases to amaze me as an artist – not rapper, not musician, just artist.
