Made a Roast
I know. Who says “I made a roast”? Let’s see… old white ladies?
Well I guess I’m an old white lady. Heavens to Betsy!
I forgot to take pictures of the roasted red potatoes and carrots and the gravy I made from the drippings (and horseradish sauce!).
It was like a mini Thanksgiving meal. Maybe I’ll do this next time everybody comes over… it was a bit too much work for just 3 of us.
