@phill Yeah charcoal gives off that smokey wood grill taste, but unfortunately I have a gas grill. I think my dream backyard would have a charcoal grill, a gas grill and a smoker. And go-go girls?

Also, the steak I cooked last night was a filet… which I only cook on a pan. Otherwise it would for sure be on the grill even though it’s gas.
