Well I guess I’m an old white lady. Heavens to Betsy!
I forgot to take pictures of the roasted red potatoes and carrots and the gravy I made from the drippings (and horseradish sauce!).
It was like a mini Thanksgiving meal. Maybe I’ll do this next time everybody comes over… it was a bit too much work for just 3 of us.
Back when we would get kicked out of events and yelled at, we used to go to this track instead.
So many memories on this road.
On a side note, you can actually double click on the map and see street view. Nice!
